The property team shown that they never take care of the property. I got the room number 6. When I checked in, the room was so dirty, dusty, a lot of stains on the wallpaper, and it was too humid. When I open the wardrobe, the door got some mold stains and their staffs, the woman, is very “unique”, she likes to making excuses and can you imagine that she is cleaning the floor with “rapika” the spray that used to ironing the clothes. It’s like the property doesn’t really have standard for hospitality business. If you got the room number 6, you should be grateful, that I happened to call a professional cleaner and the bed was disgusting, they never clean it and I did documenting it. Unfortunately, the management only said “sorry” ????
If you are just looking for a short stay, 1-2 days, you may give it a shot, and if you wanna do laundry, just go to the laundry shop by yourself, never asked for the woman staff to handed over it. Otherwise, you might experience what I had been through. She is such a short tempered and likes to blaming others
