I've been with them since 2014 when I only had to pay IDR415.000/month. After a few years I realised they have been raising the price up to IDR580.000/month even though they said we get to KEEP the same price and they won't raise it. Turned out in the agreement it let's them raise the price whenever and however they want without notice.

Come 2020 with Covid19 they had to close and updated us every few days about how they'd freeze the account but once they opened again there was no updates or even a choice if we can keep it frozen. Apparently they opened again in July 2020 but did not charge my credit card so I didn't take notice. In September's statement I saw 3 charges from Celebrity Fitness which they claimed they couldn't charge my card because it was new, but of course it's not new. When I decided to quit after all this, they charged me for 1 more month PLUS another extra "last" month. And for these 2 charges surprisingly my card worked fine.

I had to pay for 5 months that I didn't even get to use. Even after 6 years of membership, this extra month charge doesn't discriminate if you're still in 12 month contract or not. A good way to keep your customers.

This is the real politic with the “clients” being nice at the beginning, just want “client money” and when something happens the client become a “problem” for this company, is really frustrating and disappointing. Be careful!

I went here during midday, not too busy. The place is clean and comfortable. Most of the equipment is available however there isn’t a lot of spare equipment of the same kind. Might possibly have to wait for equipment. The price for a day pass is Rp 250.000 comes include with the basic necessities. It is an expensive gym and you can get the same stuff somewhere else. If you are a usual comer and get s year pass it might be good however I personally rather go elsewhere as it it would be cheaper.

Be careful before joining! They are very sweet when taking your membership but will trouble a lot when you want to quit. They will also charge without informing you. As the OPERATION MANAGER, CHANDRA PRABU MARTA also has a bad attitude towards the customer, so unprofessional. Unqualified to be a operation manager.

The fraud with me while I have close my membership and before that, I have changed my card also the staff very lazy and not cancel my membership and for 1years they still cutting money from my card until I block my card so be careful

Be careful they are very sweet when taking your membership but will trouble alot when you want to stop. They will also charge without informing your before and deny. Admin staff always changing and dont pass on the information to new staff... really pathetic service
