We took the speed boat service from bali to lombok - very organized transport, nice and clean boat, good prices. They also sent us a driver to pick us up from the hotel (Samaya ubud).

Pick up at the hotel included, good material and friendly staff, 3h speed boat from Sanur to Gili, free water on board and sundeck for 10 people, the sun deck includes free showers of water, so leave electronics below deck

Having made several crossings with different boats between Bali and Gili T, I always try to book with this company. The pre-departure communication via WhatsApp is perfect and they have a fleet of nice air conditioned cars in Serangan to take you to your next destination (included in ticket price). Pick up is also easy and they transport your luggage from the office to the boat with care. Maybe a bit more expensive than other boats but the cabin is air-conditioned and you can ride on the sun deck if the water is calm (other boats: no air circulation for nearly 3 hours and no outside options - ack!). Highly recommend!

Very professional with security instruction at the begin of the trip to Gili island. Gives pills against sea sickness.
Managed transportation from/ to our hotel at departure and arrival .
May be a bit more expensive than competitors (i didn’t check though) but worse the price. Hopefully i booked one month prior to our trip in august…

Great experience getting from Lombok to Bali. Trip about 2.5 hours. This is what they call a fast boat. It's unique for sure. But I felt safe during the trip. We booked online, showed up and they took care of everything else including loading and unloading luggage. Great job!

Very good company, very professional and very kind staff. The boarding is better organized compared to other companies as you wait in a quiet area and you are then escorted to the boat, no waiting time on the peer under the sun etc. We forgot our cap in the shuttle and they’ve done everything possible to give it back to us, we really appreciated that! Just a star missing because the A/C was not working and with all the windows closed and the very strong fuel smell, the trip was quite difficult but is is also mainly because of the weather that day. Thank you!

After a lot of research, I decided to book with blue water express. Heard a lot of issue about delays and overbooking about another company and NONE of it happened with bluewater. At gili, they have a great team to carry your big luggage to the boat from the check in area. The boat departed and arrived on schedule and even faster. Boat was clean and just at the right amount of capacity, but legroom between seats can be too close. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly. Though the ticket price is higher compare to other companies, this is worth the price. A smooth 5 star experience! And they provide free shuttle service too!
