Slowest customer service ever !
1h45 min per customer to open an accounts, this is ridiculous, i came to get a new credit card and basically lost all my day waiting as the sole costumer service officer dealt with customers at an incredibly low pace ... it is unacceptable to loose a full day of work only for basic banking service . I don't recommend Permata bank to anyone anymore . And i will put my money in another bank.

This bank in a good area, ATM available in this bank. Good parking lot, and fit for 15 motorbikes and 3 cars

Looking to meet the manager. Because wanna help one of my friend who have account in here. But .... Im waiting for the manager for almost half an hour . ( And didn't meet him yet ...... Till now ). If he is busy.. at least send out one of his supervisor !! U didnt work alone . They supposed to work as a team.
This is the slowest service from the bank i ever had . ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Bad customer service from the manager.
No wonder why many of my friends not joining permata bank anymore.
