Everything is just very pleasing and easy with Bali Golden Tour. Me and my family (four of us) really enjoy. From the arrival at the Bali airport Pak Wayan pickup us to send us at the Hotel. Pak Wayan is very punctual and friendly. He educate us about Bali a lot and he can speak Malaysia and English language very well. The tour by Pak Wayan was so enjoyable and wonderful. Pak Wayan accompany us all adventure during the tour. Already missing the trip and already thinking to come revisit Bali again soon. really recommend Pak Wayan Sutama for you tour guide and driver. He also take care of us very well.... 5 STAR!!!

Nusa Penida is such a beautiful island and Brayn is the best tour guide that we’ve had. Brayn knew all of the best spots including angel billabong, broken beach, crystal bay, Klingking, treehouse, and my personal favorite was Diamond Beach. Brayn was patient with us and helped us hike up and down some serious paths like Diamond Beach. If you know, you know!! Also, very important, Brayn was a really great photographer. Great angles, made us laugh and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 7 friends and we were touring Bali for 2 weeks with Ariana and Kadek, 2 of the drivers of this company.
We couldn't have chosen better. Every day with them was an adventure telling us the history of Bali and all the places we visited. They always helped us and advised us in everything they could. Super professionals and very good drivers. For the madness that is the traffic in Bali with them we always feel very safe. Super recommended for people who are looking for private drivers and want to live an incredible experience in Bali. We will miss you guys. Thank you very much for making our trip an unforgettable experience. Thanks for everything.

The best tour operator in Bali.
We had booked Bali golden tour for our family trip and we had awesome experience. They provided itinerary with the places which other tour operators do not cover. They made the changes as we asked and also suggested some good things to experience in Bali. Their response to our query/questions was honest and timely. They are very responsive of what you ask.
Our tour guide was 'Aarya'. He was always on time and very safe driver. H speaks good English and explained us about the Balinese cultures. We got to know a lot about the culture from him during our conversation. He went extra-mile to always help us. Joined us to the places to explain the importance/story about the places.

I highly recommend Bali Golden Tour as your travel partner. Because we have contacted and discussed with many tour operators in Bali and from the experience I must say Bali Golden Tour is the Best.

I had reached out to Golden Bali Tour months in advance before my trip and they answered all my queries and helped me plan my itinerary the way I wanted it to be. Adika from reservations is super responsive and friendly. The tour prices that is offered by Golden Bali Tour is great compared to other tour operators in Bali. The best part is that entry tickets to all sites is included in the price. They also have lunch and 1 seafood dinner included depending on the itinerary.

We had Ariana as our tour guide and we couldn't have asked for any better. He was punctual, would patiently wait for us even if we were late, gave us more than sufficient time at all the places that we visited, we never felt rushed with him, helped us with photos at all the places, very easy to talk to. The list of his qualities is endless actually. He even recommended places that were not on our list but worth the visit. He has awesome driving skills and once you sit with him in his modified sports car/SUV you wouldn't want your journey to end. Trust me!!!!

To all, who are planning to visit Bali, simply go with Golden Bali Tour for all your tour needs and you will have the best time with them. I would once again like to personally thank Adika and Ariana and the whole team at Golden Bali Tour for making our visit so memorable.

Our white water rafting and elephant riding trip was very well planned by the company. They gave us competitive rates and provided great service. Kadek, our driver, was very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend Bali Golden Tour for tours around Bali!

Me and my friend we hv planned bali together. I hv got "Bali golden tour" from google.and we hv booked tour with them. Adika was planned our tour according to our suggested locations only. He is really good planner and even very quick replier????and about price ,Its really reasonable / Fair and worth to the trip.Thanks adika for good customer service.
Now we come to our tour guide "Mr.MADE SULENDRA" which they hv assigned to us..really there will be no words to describe him still I will try my best to explain his service.
1. He is very much attentive , Punctual and he will alwayz before time ( from airport pick up to evey spot) he was present before us only.Good English speaker
2. He has given full freedom and time to us to Enjoy each location. He never make hurry us to leave the location. Whatever time has been there he doesnt matter bcoz he is having "Very much good driving skills" coz of that he never missed our iternary locations even though we hv spend much time at one location. Really appreciate to his patience and skills.
3. Even though on the way of locations he suggest us good shop,or bali authentic items shop.. and that products are really beautiful which we cant get anywhere excpet bali..Happy to find Made as our tour guide
4.We really like "Made's" honesty.and loyalty towards his job. He serve his service as like we are his family members???? which attract most. He is super proffesional.
5. Even while we wayback from padang oadang to hotel there he has given us 2 big coconut water from his farm.. which was toooo mucchhhh tasty..and we both full of our stomach.Really appreciate his love and excitment and honesty towards his job and service to serve the customer with full smile..☺️????Thank you so much "Made" being part of our trip and give us joy..
