This is five star service all the way - from booking on WhatsApp to pickup at the airport. A bad or slow airport experience can tarnish a holiday, so I booked a VIP/fast track so my mum, in her late 70's, could sail smoothly through the airport. I don't often write reviews, but feel compelled to do so because the quality of this experience for my mum was top rate. It was enjoyable, fast and staff were so friendly. I will most certainly be using Bali Aero Travel again, and recommending them to my friends and family visiting Bali in future. Thank you so much Ignasius for you and your team making my mum's trip to Bali that much extra special with such an easy entry and exit. I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

It was such an amazing experience . Bali aero travels had given us all those excellent services which you can thought of. Mr wahyu our driver and our guide was an amazing person and helped us in understanding Balinese culture and about tour areas. Mr Igor and Mr zainulmutaqeen responded to all our queries quickly on whatsapp.
