My Dad loves eat Nasi Babi Guling very much, so every time we visit bali, eat Nasi Babi guling is a must. 3 times Nasi Babi Guling in one day is fine for him. So one day, few years ago Dad's colleagues told him about Nasi Babi Guling on Tukad Pakerisan Street, and he fell in love with it since the first bite.
Babi Guling Tukad Pakerisan is different from the others. You'll find the price is cheaper and tastier than other Bigul (Babi Guling), especially the famous one on Imam Bonjol street (if you know which Bigul I mean). I am a chili haters, I hate eating spicy food. I have trouble eating Bigul because it is a spicy food. But here I CAN EAT Bigul. I always ask to the server to give me 1 portion not spicy Bigul, and i always get what I want. The pork sausage, pork skin, and all elements on the plate are delicious (not spicy). 1 plate of Nasi Bigul is only 25k IDR, but if you are Balinese you can pay maybe 15K. Forget the famous Bigul, try to taste the other local Bigul on Bali.
