A lovely place.
I chose it for my first three nights in Bali, to get over the jet lag.
They serve good breakfast and have tasty dinner options.
The staff is absolutely lovely!

Not very good experience. The pool isn’t clean and has green algae on sides and bottom. The breakfast hasn’t got a very good selection and is quite plain. Hotel room is nice, however some maintenance work needs doing

This hotel is very close to Denpasar, Airport, and Kuta. The room rate is medium. The staff are friendly.

It has spacious lobby area. The restaurant is also quite large. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. The have open seating for smokers.

The guest rooms are at the back and are nice although not vary very spacious. Room facilities are quite complete ...

The service staff are very friendly and helpful. One maintenance staff worked hard to fix my door key. It worked finally.

Room for improvement:
The hotel only provides 2 hangers per room and if you ask for more you're just being told they only provide 2 hangers per room.
The soap is in a container that is not locked, meaning any previous guests could have put something in the container (think semen or other gross things). This is not hygienic and could be improved by using locked containers.
The gym practically only have a treadmill and a epileptic machine. They have a multi strength tower but the cable is broken so it's useless. It would be nice if they also had some dumbbells for strength training

Other than that, this is a great hotel. It's good value for money, it feels like new and very comfortable rooms and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is also very nice.
The breakfast was great and the pool was nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Some rooms are likely quite nice, but unfortunately ours was next to what smelt like sewage. The first room we had smelt of mould and damp, so we asked to move. The second room was better, but we still had to walk past the smell.

The actual hotel facilities are great with a big outside pool, a large bar and restaurant and very cool reception area with big swinging chairs.

The hotel is in a very crowded area and it can be difficult to get a taxi as the roads are so busy, but this is normal for this part of the city.

Overall I would recommend staying as the price was very good, but they really need to sort out the smell.

We had a really nice stay there. They welcomed us so warm, nice and friendly and were always responsible and helpful. Most of them speaking a good English. The hotel is nice and clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable! Breakfast was OK for the money but I prefer to go out for eating not in the hotel. We didn't spend time at the pool area so I can't say anything about. Is not far from restaurants every kind and also a short drive to several beaches. They have also a one way shuttle bus to seminyak Beach two times a day. Would definitely recommend to stay there!
