Our room was clean and looked modern. There was artwork in the room which made it stand out from other hotels.
The included buffet breakfast had a wide variety, was delicious and was elegantly displayed.
The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. They were always looking to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
One night we had a minor technical problem and they took a lot of trouble to solve it as soon as possible, keeping us updated regularly, and to make up for the convenience, gave us an extended additional free stay of 2 hours (additional late checkout, as we had a late night flight).
The location is excellent, very close to the beach and to many restaurants.
The hotel restaurant was excellent.

Not our usual style of accommodation but chose it for the location. Initial observation was that it was just another large hotel with no warmth or personality. Thankfully at breakfast on our first morning the staff were warm and inviting, friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast was plentiful with many western and Indonesian choices and great coffee. Served in the ground floor restaurant which is beautiful. The rooftop pool is great for a morning swim, but I found the lack of any shade during the day and the horrible techno music playing didn't encourage many guests to utilize the pool area for long.
The rooms are spacious and have lots of cupboard space to store your luggage.
Location is close to the beach and the older part of Sanur with many shops and restaurants nearby.

My room faced the garden which has a lovely view. Loved the fresh fruits and pastries for breakfast. Eggs made to order were excellent. Customer service was very friendly. Great location. Loved the infinity pool on the roof. Wish they had umbrellas by the pool.

My room located exactly above the café, it was almost 24H full of music or at least some ambient sound around, but still bearable. Overall the hotel is nice, located near beach, easy to find daily needs. The service is excellent, my favourite time: breakfast

Was staying at their Studios 55 yesterday. Very
artsy and spacious with complete amenities. You will never get bored even when you're just stay in the room all day. Not to mention, they also providing speaker and coffee machine! The
sleeping robe designed by Paulina Katarina is my favorite.

Overall great room according to the rate. The minus point the telephone in the room did not work when I tried to call to request for a hairdryer ( I called to the hotel directly and they did respond to the request fast so it's fine )

Standard and proper service during check in/out by front office staffs.

However I noticed that the foreigner guests got asked if they want coffee/tea as soon as they arrived for breakfast by the barista in the bar area but no one ask for us Indonesian guest who walked right behind them so we have to ask for coffee ourselves. Please kindly treat all locals and foreigner guest equally. Basic breakfast and service by waitress are ok.

The other problem we had is when we arrived and inform our room number they told us that from our room already came for breakfast (but we just arrived!) they said its their mistake and allowed us in at the end.

***EDITED 19/8: Thanks for responding to my feedback. I stayed on Tuesday 16/8 just few days a go with my cousin who booked for our room which is the reason why you could not find my name on your guest history list. The front office staff did not ask for my ID during check in, only the person who booked it.

We had a terrible time when we visited in August 2022. Extremely noisy hotel. Bathroom leak. Marginal breakfast. Unfriendly staff. We got out as soon as we could. Bali is suppose to be relaxing, and most places are....this place is not. Do not make the same mistake we did.
