The staff are friendly and helpful. Diara and Siska are always around and have a smile for us. The night staff were not too experience but tried their best. Our room seemed to be magically cleaned when we returned from breakfast at Luthu's until we finally met the 2 guys who are the housekeeping team. They are very efficient and did a very thorough job each time. Thanks guys!

The room is very spacious with a big bed with the mosquito net around it. The bed frame is pretty high. There side tables with lamps.

There are 2 armchairs, a 2 seater and a coffee table plus a TV stand with drawers (TV worked perfectly after being fixed) and a vanity table. A big wardrobe with hanging area and shelves. The safe is in it.

There is a fridge and tea u0026 coffee plus kettle. Lightings are good in the room but we found the bathroom is a bit dim, but it has skylight.

The bathroom is spacious with walk in shower. The water pressure is ok. There is no window in the bathroom so it's a bit smelly but that can be fixed by turning on the exhaust fan for a few minutes.

The pool is huge and have plenty of lounges and seating around it. There are noodles that you can use if you need one.

They offer laundry service. The internet is working fine.

There is a famous historic bus in the courtyard.

It has a nice atmosphere, peaceful and location is good (only 3 minutes to pantai Sindhu).

If you have breakfast included, it is served at Luthu's. It has indoor, outdoor and beachside seating. The staff are wonderful and cheerful even when they are packed on the weekends.

It's a nice place to stay in and we will be back!

We loved it here. Clean and tidy, with a great book exchange, pool table and immaculately clean pool. As there is no restaurant, it would have been nice to have a small kitchenette for heating meals. There is plenty of space for one as our room was huge! Staff were fantastic. The only thing that spoilt it for us were the other guests smoking, which stopped us from being able to sit out on our balcony.

The staff here were super nice and always tried to accommodate. The rooms were clean and larger than expected. Rented two rooms, one king and one twin. The pool area is nice and there's also a covered area beside it with a pool table. There's a decent breakfast/lunch spot across the street called Mayas Coffee and Smoothie bar. Very convenient with great breakfast options.
Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious rooms, big swimming pool and quiet location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

Staff were exceptionally kind, always smiling and ready to help.

Highly recommended!

Friendly staff. Close to shopping and restaurants. Few minutes from ocean. Lots of walks round area. Hotel has nice atmosphere. Rooms are clean in nice surrounding.

We went there for some information the lady from the hotel showed us the rooms and other parts of the hotel. It looked very nice and on a good location not far from the beach restaurants shops.

This is a great hotel to stay. It is located so close to Sindhu Beach at Sanur are. You just only have to cross the street to reach the beach. The staff are so friendly. The service is great.
