Best service ever for a public hospital (at least according to my experience regarding vaccination). All of the staffs from the security guard up to the health workers are very nice and helpful. Had a problem with my vaccine being not registered and they helped re-register it. Thank you team ????????

I almost got lost as its direction was not clear enough as first customer, I came at early morning at 7. The Administration guy, old man, who did cashier in side the counter was so rude, had no smile at all to serve. The doctor and nurses in skin clinic ware so friendly however her prescription was not work at all on me, ups!

Bad customer service. We went here to look for Moderna booster vaccine. I already asked through their whatsapp that it is available and were not informed of any requirement. When we arrived, we were denied Moderna booster because it is exclusive for the ones who had Moderna for their initial shot. What a waste of time. We woke up at 6 am in the morning to be here at 7am for nothing!

Poor service, have to wait 1.5 for the doctor after the practice hour was started. Judging doctor without listening to patient medical records. Extra 10K for printing patient hospital card.

No wonder why the rating is so so sooo poor. Here's why based on my own bad experience when ai visited the emergency:

1. The male doctor on duty who is on standby at the emergency entrance, enjoy playing his cellphone pretending not to know, until I ask him immediately.

2. While the female doctor on duty seemed to have no manners, answered curtly every time I asked a question.

3. Administrative officers in front desk like uneducated people, treat the patient's family curtly.

I'm sure, when they asked why, they would answer because they were tired, exhausted, blablabla.

First of all i need to admit the service is decent but 2 years ago i had the endoscopy procedure here without sedation and i had a reaction after the procedure i had strange symptoms appears that it got my heart beating fast, short of breath,also i was pulsating we can say muscle twitch and i had slurred speech for a moment so when i had the symptoms i tried to call the doctor and nurse who left me in the room but they didn't even provide a button or something to notice them if the patients need help so i took off the blood pressure device and pulse oximetry and went to find the doctor but i found only their student and checked on me and after some time the nurse came and gave me oxygen but my symptoms weren't resolved even after 2 hours so i asked the nurse if i was okay and i wanted the nurse to tell the doctor about this and ask the doctor to look after me but they didn't instead they left and discharged me . so all along these past 2 years i've been struggling with health condition after i had that procedure in which i suspected to be affected by lidocaine .. i cannot breath and i'm dealing with arrythmia now my quality of life has declined i became like someone disabled even this year i had spirometry test and it showed that my lungs became restrictive also my skin texture became tender like plastic while before i did the endoscopy i was pretty much healthy and my problems was nausea and belching nothing else but now i'm struggling with terrible health condition so i truly disappointed with this hospital and the doctor there for not taking serious the condition i'm having . it's better to go to hospital and cost some money atleast they give you proper care and your life is safe instead of going to this public hospital not sure your life will be safe .
