The room is spacious, large enough for 6 people to move, to dance and rock your body.

The sandwich is delicious. Great french fries. Recommended for after office gathering.
Value for money. Love the mask and colorful wig to action

The only down part is the sound syste. But look at their promotions! Free wine from here :)

Expensive karaoke coz it's located in central Jakarta. Slow service. 20 minutes after 2 of microphones runout of battery. Positive thing from this place is a clean toilet. We use XL1 room with toilet inside and im glad the toilet quite clean, odorless and clean toilet seat. Btw you can order alcohol here with high price tag

IDR 181.000 for one hour smallest room. Sound system so bad it does “ngiing” and crack a lot. On 00.55 the system auto shut down and can’t choose any song. Room as old as time. Song as old as rhyme, truly is a beast ~????????????

Even though it's quite pricey among its competitors, I could say it's still worth the price! Because the location is great, the room is (very) big, and they have a great service! The collection of the song is enormous and quite complete too :)

First, this family karaoke is located at very strategic at Central Jakarta. Very easy to reach as it is located at Grand Indonesia shopping mall. Open until late midnight. I love to hang out with my old friends and colleagues to meet here, singing, eating, drinking, screaming and so on. Very happy here. The price is quite expensive, but is worth it considering the location. The facilities are standard and the taste of foods and drinks here not too bad although not too good either. The staffs here are very welcome and serve well.

Was a very good place for karaoke in Grand Indonesia since this place has no competitor. But my last time visit at Trex Grand Indonesia, I found the room isn't under good maintenance. They don't maintain it well so some place looks dirty and you'll think the price isn't worth it. Luckily they provide us drink, so it is a relief for me LOL.. My suggestion is please take the good care of your rooms, such as the table, sofa etc.. The customers will be happier if u can renovate your rooms to increase your value..
