Lovely place with view.
They have 2 sections, restaurant and lounge.
We didn’t make reservation, and choose restaurant. We came around 6 pm and get window seat.

For lounge they only serve finger food or burger. Minimum purchase was Rp 250,000. But if you already spend in restaurant, you can enter lounge area for free.

Service was good
Food also good
They have promotion buy 1 get 1 free cocktail, I think from 5-7 pm.

Check the menu before you book it is expensive but that's what we expected. Nice view from the restaurant and bar, tasty well cooked food and a good selection of drinks. They have tried to be really original with the cocktail selection so none of the usual ones but lots of different bottles I'm sure if you were willing to pay you could order any mix you wanted.

The resto is located at 56th Floor Menara BCA, Central Jakarta. The view is breathtaking, Jakarta's Skyline! The ambience is romantic, not too bright. Love it!
The foods are great, we tried Gold Label Black Angus Stockyard Sirloin (medium well cooked) and Prime Ribs Betweem Buns. It was soo delicious. The food taste and the view are worth the price (the price is quite expensive, IDR 220K for 100 gr of sirloin).
However i some kind of agree with the other comments that they are inflexible for some services. My experience was, I just want to change the french fries to mashed potatoes which is normal for the steak house / resto. Surprisingly, they did not allow me to ????

The access to restaurant: you can either access it from the Menara BCA lobby or Grand Indonesia Mall 3rd floor (east mall), and go to Gramedia book store, and the lift to Skye is at the back. You will find security guard who will assist you.

Dresscode: no sandals

Ladies - don’t come here. Horrible and sexist service, poor drinks and I give 2 stars only for the views and the hummus plate.

1. I’m a very tall girl, so I don’t wear heels. I was told I can’t get in wearing my white leather converse, I have to wear “nice shoes”.
2. After some negotiation they said fine but we can only get in if we pay a cover charge. We asked if we could see inside first - the answer was no and now I understand why. It’s simply not worth the price.
3. The mezze platter (hummus) was delicious and for that I gave a star.
4. The drinks were terribly sweet and we asked to have less syrup but the GM came up, apologised but said “there’s nothing we can do to fix them”. Note they were VERY sugary drinks, the taste was truly horrific. How does a GM not care about the quality of their cocktails?

Overall horrible experience and I left feeling terrible about not being able to wear “nice shoes”. Seriously SKYE, do better.

I think the place is little bit overrated for me. The scenery was great and romantic for special dinner, but the steak was OK, not great, I did not really like it (juicy yes but the taste was rather flat). The dessert was beautifully presented, the taste was delicious but I expected more.

amazing food, especially the skye burnt ends???????????? my dad likes it so much he ended up ordering 2 of those ????

we ordered flat iron but unfortunately they didn't have it so they gave us flank instead. still great tho

the green fairy spritz is ????

overall, the taste justified the price. 5/5

I went in the Skye Restaurant last monday with my husband and a couple of friends.. we had a beautiful dinner in this wonderful place. Special thanks to our waiter Dwiki who was very kind and professional !! Don't hesitate if you want to have a very good time !! And don't forget to go to the Roofbar and see the awesome view !!
