Im feeling so upset with Fransiska Muchtar services when I take the 4D USG at Promec. JUTEK dan tdk bisa melayani pasien dgn baik. Ketika itu, sy datang sendiri ke klinik tsb ketika pendaftaran di front office dan suster lainnya sangat ramah. Namun ketika masuk ke ruang Fransiska ibu tsb sedang main hp dan mempersilakan sy utk naik ke tempat tidur utk diperiksa. Sy meminta bantuan ke suster utk merekam tampilan USG karena sy sedang d periksa. Namun suster terlihat sungkan dan enggan sy heran kenapa. Namun sy meminta kembali ke suster pegang hp sy utk merekam. Sontak bu Fransiska memarahi suster tsb karena mengarahkan hp ke layar USG. Dengan nada jutek dan galaknya berkata “ itu loh ke arah sana” sambil menunjuk layar TV proyeksi dr usg. Sy sbg pasien tdk enak hati melihat kejadian tsb. Ditambah lg ketika pemeriksaan bu Fransiska terlihat tdk sabar karena posisi badan sy tdk sesuai keingginannya. Bukannya mengarahkan dgn benar dan pelan namun dgn judes. “Ke arah sini bu klo gtu gimana sy mau periksa” menurut sy ini tdk pantas utk ke pasien.
Setelah pemeriksaan USG sy turun dr tempat tidur tsb duduk d depan bu Fransiska sambil ditanya vitamin apa sj yg d minum sy infokan rinciannya. Dan ibu tsb menanyakan jg utk kondisi hb dan lain sebagainya lalu sy infokan bahwa sudah pernah periksa lab utk darah dan lain2 nya. Sy berikan hasil lab medistra ke ibu tsb. Namun tdk sampai 1 detik ibu tsb membaca hasil lab sudah langsung bilang “ini udh bagus” seraya kembali memeriksa ponselnya. Sy rasa dia tdk terlalu niat utk melihat hasil lab tsb. Dan jika sy bandingkan ketika hasil lab tsb dibaca oleh bidan dkt rmh sy bidan tsb benar2 tulus membaca hasil lab dan infokan point per point dr rincian hasil lab tsb. Sekelas bidan loh. Yg sy sangat kecewakan adalah pelayanan terhadap pasiennya. Padahal tadinya sy mau rekomendasi Promec ini ke teman-teman sy. Namun ketika sudah mengalami pelayanan spt ini jangankan merekomendasi ke teman, datang utk kedua kalinya pun sy mikir2 dulu. Smg bisa dpt perbaiki utk services nya karena yg bpk/ibu jual adalah jasa.
