Reception area was ok. Clean, great waiting room with play ground for children. Less queue (on Saturday). They had pantry area you can refill water bottle or warm water.

Checkup time was so fast but waiting customer service call our number queue was just soooo long. The place clean but they should consider the waiting room capacity with the people inside because it’s pandemic.

Very cheerful place, cozy and warmful. Facilities are children friendly with playground.

Very slow service. You have to wait for hours. I took 2 hours for me to register myself. They should increase the number of counters. However, the staff are quite helpful. Best is to go late after 10 am.

Buat nasabah korporasi, disarankan do not waste your employees precious money to spend on this clinic! Not worth it at all..
Call center not helping at all (cant even reach them)
Half day service for corporate customer (the hell?)
Not all Prodia provide direct invoice to corporation (only in this area) not like promised all Prodia could provide facilitiea direct invoice to corporation

Super slow service. Was here under corporate account. Waiting for 30min for registration only - only 1 counter open and only 1 customer before me and it was not even 7AM.
