This hotel is the worst hotel. The personnel is a crook. Never go here. I had paid fully for 10 days through Agoda and when we wanted to check in, the personnel demanded us to pay additional Rp. 105,000 + Tax 10%. They could not give a receipt but handwriting on a piece of blank paper after we forced him to give us a receipt. If I could give this place a zero I would. You can't even call this place a hotel. Never set your foot in this hotel!!!!

for the location point of view its a strategic place, it near to a lot of interesting jakarta landmark, it located aside the busy street but i doesnt have a noise complain. the only thing is the room was dirty and lack of maintenance to amenities, linen not changes for dekades, so far its worthed with the price you paid just for overnight stay

I booked a STANDARD DOUBLE room for TWO (2) GUESTS through OYO application a day before staying day (I booked on 15 Mar 2019, I stayed on 16 - 17 Mar 2019). I checked in about 07.00 PM and it ran smoothly. They asked for my ID card and asked IDR 100k for deposit (it will be returned to you if there was no damage in room’s properties).

My room was room 405 in fourth floor and only stairs was available. When I entered my room, I was a bit surprised as I got a STANDARD SINGLE room. Since I did not clearly remember what room type I booked at that time, I did not put much attention to that. An hour later, I checked my email and there was a notification email from OYO. It stated that my room was in room 308 instead of 405. At that moment, I was starting suspicious and a bit sure that the room I booked was STANDARD DOUBLE room. I confirmed it to OYO’s customer service and It was confirmed that my room was STANDARD DOUBLE room, not STANDARD SINGLE one. At that time, I felt DECEIVED and DISAPPOINTED. Should I come with my partner in order to get my standard double room which I booked? At the time I checked out, no apology at all from the staff of this property.

Beyond my bad experience above, the things that I could share about my “STANDARD SINGLE” room was described below.
Positive points:
- Two tumbs up for toiletries included the towel.
- A nice view from fourth floor.
- So many choice of TV channel and they work well.
- There was a wardrobe included hangers.
- AC works well.
Negative points:
- The room was quite small.
- Hairs was still found on the floor and on the bed.
- The shower was leak.
- Bathroom’s floor was dirty as if it was never cleaned.
- Small spiders between AC and wardrobe.
- Only stairs is available connecting among the floors.

Unprofessional staff, Very less English speaking, no lift,far from tourist attractions, bathroom is very very tiny,in my room TV is not working,nok the door at 11.35 for check out, nothing to see at Window expect tree, disturbance from other rooms is very much like they are in our room,no safe box inside,also deposit one lakh Indonesian rupiah for security, totally local people area.one thing is good Ac is working good.so not recommended . Don't think about this hotel on discounted rates as well.I booked it on discounted but worthless.It is not walking distance from gambit station.you have to take bike and it cost near about 20 to 30 thousand Indonesian rupiah.Nothing to see anything on walking distance.so ignore it.

Low budget backpacker hotel downtown Chinese area. Room small size 8m2. No mirrors, no hangers for towel. WiFi good. A bit noisy of passing traffic.

3. the toilet and bathroom was a little bit dirty. water for shower was not flowing well, 2. linen was little bit smelly, no, its not a big deal actually, not that bad, but I think could be better, wait a minute, is it this one? 1089563981, from booking.com

towel is most important thing, it was not available, check out took long time, there were no staff to check the room for the reason why took longer time while check out.
