The location is superb, located in the centre of the city, near several shopping centres.
I stayed for two nights in different standard double-bed rooms.

Rooms were compact, suitable for 1 person, and i think a bit cramped for 2 people. The bed and beddings were comfortable.

The shower and toilets were in 2 separate spaces, too cramped for me, though you still can do your business well in those spaces. The sink located outside the shower and toilets. There's a partition between the sink-shower-toilet area and bed area which you can push or pull depend on your preference. It can make your room feel more spacious if you open the partition.

The toiletries and amenities were standard; they provide you with soap/shampoo in the shower.

The room had 3-4 sockets, which is sufficient to charge several electronic devices.

The service was great, the staff were friendly.

Overall, I think it is a very good city hotel. I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay there. Definitely worth the price and recommended ????

Came here for meeting and stay.
The meeting room was recomended. The food was excellent. The room super aesthetic and tidy, also very clean and smell good. Staff are very helpful and engaging to us. Keep up the good work!

The room is pretty, clean, foods was delicious, workers are friendly. Services are awesome. For some asians, we got bolsters in our bedroom which is really good! Also the price is affordable for such a great hotel like this!

Clean and cozy room, the design is super cute! Also, most of the foods taste good, although there was one too salty dish ????

Friendly and helpful staff too!

Definitely will stay here again.

The room is clean and modern themed, the hotel is very cute and aesthetic. The breakfast is quite various for the price, and the best thing is you can ask for ice latte for breakfast just like 5-stars hotel ???? this hotel is worth the price considering the facilities and prime location

I did expect more of the food quality here. This is not you should serve to the guests. The taste and the plating are big no no. Please improve or hire better an Exec. Chef. Why am giving 3? Your service still a plus. Eventho ive noticed the sales team (not only one staff) are also consuming the food in the resto. Well this is the first time ive seen such an experience. Is that even a proper view to see? The hotel has EDR right? Why did they eat at public area? If this is a culture im fine. But when y'all wearing name tags and dining in the guest public area well this is so odd to see in my pov. Wheres y'all pride a/w?

Tbh.. I was a hotelier for almost 10 years but still nvr seen this in my whole life. I saw GMs and owners and their relations or relatives consume in restos well that is their previlege right? So on this case.. only sales who has the previlege eating in the restaurant then hasnt it? They are still workers or employees ya.. please highlight it.

As an A+ newlly joined and enrolled i dont think am comin back again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Andika, Azhar and Hadi. Very clean and the pillows were good as I could choose the most comfortable one. I would highly recommend it!
