We loved our stay so much the first time that we decided to book another stay 10 days later. The staff was friendly and courteous. Easy access to Plaza Indonesia and everything that we needed was near by. My kids had fun at the pool and gym. The breakfast was great. The option they offer for transportation to the airport was very convenient. I look forward to staying here on our next visit to Jakarta.

I chose this hotel for my vacation as it is connected to a Plaza Indonesia and in a walking distance to Grand Indonesia. I chose a room which facing to bundaran HI which I enjoyed it very much to sip my morning coffee in the room.

The booking and check in process was easy. I was informed beforehand that there would be a construction work during the business hours. However, I was not interrupted at all, and I had an extraordinary quality of sleep.

The breakfast area was comfortable and the food selection was incredible. I am totally grateful with the excellent service provided by the staff.

Despite all the good things, there was a water leaking from the bathroom roof. It is close to the lamp and the water dripped to the bathtub. I believe this issue can be resolved soon so the next guest would not have to experience this.

As advised, there are upgraded rooms available which I am so keen on trying for next time. Overall, I did enjoy my stay in Grand Hyatt Jakarta.

The first night i was checked into an unrenovated room. In all honesty those rooms should not even be rented out to customers. They are below the brand standard and price paid for so I was quite disappointed. My flight didn't arrive til past midnight so the front desk gave me no option but to stay in the room for the night. The next morning (today) I was transferred to a renovated room which is up to standard and what I was expecting. Now I'm hoping the hotel will offer something to make up for my first night. Let's wait and see..

Fantastic! The usual level of service and feel you get from a Hyatt hotel. Newly renovated lobby looks just great and welcoming.

I really have nothing negative to comment. Aside from the usual traffic which cannot be controlled, it is near to malls and etc.

Well this place place is close to our heart. This is the place when I proposed to my wife!! Many years ago before we moved to the place we call home now, Melbourne. Grand Hyatt is a fantastic place to hang out. Go to the restaurant by the pool on the 5th floor. The food is fantastic. We ordered some finger food and snacks. Highly recommended.

The hotel is definitely 5-stars but the staff is something more! Fantastic people from the front desk to in-room service and restaurant staff to pool staff. Highly recommend the hotel. Great location and amenities.

Almost perfect, great service, great food, great location, wondetful swimming pool and facilities, everything great! almost 5 stars.....except the carpet,especially carpet on floor corridors just too old and creepy, hope will see new one next time!
