Good food. However, it seems that the crew got somewhat overwhelmed during rush hour. Tried calling the server using the app several times but no response.

Had to ask twice for two menu items that took so long to prepare. One of them was showing Prepared but didn't get served for quite some time, therefore they have to prepare it again (probably got sent to the wrong table).

The crew were good tho. Polite and kind. Fitri was very helpful and confident. She maintained good service and composure despite the outlet being undermanned.

And oh, it seems that the outlet need to reorder more of the stainless steel dessert/tea spoons.

Perfect place to get a quick sushi fix. Fills the bill and does so quickly and consistently. Good quality for the price and no surprises. Easy to get in and out quick ????

Good sushi at fair value. We like this branch as they are quite secluded and not crowded for a quiet experience. Surely will come back again.

Service is also prompt and quick. Thumbs up!

Just your typical Genki Sushi chain restaurant with the quirky train delivery system. O-Toro Nigiri were decent although the rice wasn’t very well prepared. Price reflects so don’t expect super high quality O-Toro like in Japan, 50 k IDR per piece is still cheap. I ordered more O-Toro but just a plate of sashimi and the quality was not good and I could tell the meat had been frozen. Also had a Gyu Lava Roll which was very tasty and not overly spicy.

The most recommended menu is garlic salmon roll and spicy mayo fried salmon skin.
