Stayed here with my wife while visiting her in Jakarta. This was the first hotel we stayed at, for about a week. Room was kinda run down as this is rated as a 5 star hotel.

Pros:
-Breakfast was tasty and filling
-Staff were attentive to our needs and friendly
-A/C in room was ice cold
-room size
-location/price
-bed was comfy

Cons:
-Room had bugs/cockroaches. Bought our own bug spray and didn't have problems since.
-Rooms not soundproof. Could hear kids running in the hallway early in the morning. Could hear conversations as we walked past other rooms.
-freezer had bad smell
-washing machine had musty smell and we had to rewash our clothes multiple times
-sheets had stains, although they were clean/replaced sheets had stains as well
-ironing board cloth was ripped up
-room mirror covered with stains
-windows were dirty, messing up our view. Recommend they have someone wash the outside

Although we did not use, the pool and gym looked nice. There is also a spa onsite as well.

Overall, decent hotel, but definitely not 5 star quality. Maybe it was just our room??? 3 star quality at most.

This hotel is nice the rooms are large modern .. pros. swimming pool nice gym good..cons is reception staff not very friendly or courteous... the rooms are not sound proof and the black out curtains do not fit properly so light comes in to the bedroom and wakes you up..also thr buffet breakfast is very limited compared to other 5 stars hotels that i have stayed many..the gym as I said is good but twice i had to go down to reception and either ask for a towel or cups for the cold water machine

I booked 2 rooms of Executive 2 bedrooms apartment. Check in was fast u0026 smooth. The staffs were friendly, before I booked, I called them few times to confirmed my reservation and they very polite u0026 patient to answer my phone. The location was very strategic.The rooms was very clean, they also pet friendly apartment. Would love to go back again, maybe I will bring my cats next time.

First time and it was a great experience.
Stayed in their two bedroom. The room was spacious and clean, the lighting and the ambience were nice. I love their open concept kitchen. Breakfast was quite good, not so many choices but enough to fill your tummy. And you can request a fresh coffee here. Check in and check out were smooth. Good respon form their staffs.
Most important thing, they are pet friendly hotel, the best one, i say. Please keep it up.

Had my intimate wedding reception lunch at Relish Bistro last weekend and I was satisfied with the service. Adinda from sales who gave us assistance was very helpful and accommodating! She’s always reachable, answered every question I had regarding the booking details and even gave thorough inputs for the D-day. IMO the wedding package that Fraser offered was a very good deal, considering the strategic location and quality of the food.

We stayed in a 2 bedder with 3 occupants. Review as follows:

Positives:
1. The room was very big for 3 pax, with 2 bathrooms
2. All the whistles one might need for a stay away from home
3. Price / location is of top value
4. Staff were mostly attentive
5. They managed to save my friend's bag..! he had left it behind at the reception when we checked out
6. The gym is well equipped to train every part of your muscle group
7. There is a spa onsite, with reasonable prices

Negatives:
1. Room was old, and the hotel is in need of refurbishment. This is evident from the lobby, the restaurant table, toilet fixtures (nozzles for the overhead and shower spray went in all directions?), no hand soap is provided in the toilets (and this is after clarification with housekeeping), towel rack hangs at an angle (looks like it is about to drop off)
2. Staff sometimes needed reminders for simple asks (e.g. our tea during morning buffet)
3. For a serviced apartment, the breakfast spread was surprisingly lacking in variety (what was present, was tasty though)
4. TV was not working in the room
5. Hairdryers are not standard?! (we had to request to housekeeping)

All in, a good stay despite the negatives, and understandably, you get what you pay for.

The property has met my expectation, located in city center. The 2 BR unit is spacious, well equiped u0026 good in applying CHSE. The staffs are nice u0026 friendly.
The food tastes good though no so many various choices. Very recommended ????????
