Last minute decision to stay at this hotel and it was the best decision indeed. The hotel was well maintained, love the space and the trees. It is really a retreat. Food was good and the staff were very friendly. Will I come back? Of Course and will bring my family too. They will love it and I am sure of it. Thank you to my best pal, Cika for the treat.

I sincerely think this hotel is one lovely oasis located smack bang in the middle of busy Jakarta. Price is very reasonable, room was very lovely, tidy, and clean. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I love their breakfast, they have an amazing array of western and Indonesian breakfast. The jewel though, imho, is their swimming pool! You can tell from my pics, I enjoyed it a lot! 12/10 would recommend to stay here.

As an honors member, this property is great. Got in at midnight, and they were very helpful in making sure my arrival was simple and that I was settled. Staff is excellent and very personable. Breakfast is amazing, and was included with my stay. I would like to mention that this property isn't as well located for tourists, without taking a car.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very professional from the valets, front desk, housekeeping and pool staff. I would stay again when in Jakarta. Breakfast area is big with a variety of choices.

Special thanks to the staff in the Executive Lounge for sorting out my Covid test results in time for my flight and arranging a late check out.

Gotta love the signature cookies. Plus ???????? for Evelyne the receptionist for warm welcome u0026 help. Pool was clean and safety protocol well in place. If the cleaning guy can find other timing to clean would be great. (Was at the pool at 7.15 am). Everything else was great. Love the corner room with the view.

The hotel is located in the center of Jakarta, great location, top notch facilities, big pool and we love the gym.
Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean, comfy and quite spacious.
The food are great with big buffet breakfast with plenty choices.
Definitely gonna come back to stay here in the future and recommend it to our family and friends

Beds are comfortable although they don't have smart TVs and limited programs. Temperature in the public areas and restaurant is a bit too warm. Food at the restaurant is so-so, but banquet meals are delicious. Popular place for family staycation with their nice pool. Location is central, short distance to many main attractions, but expect busy traffic.
