Very nice and spacious apartment units with great prices. The location is central and accessible by all types of transportation as well as walking. The staff is professional and extremely helpful. After a few days in the hotel, my wife and I returned to Ascott Jakarta at the end of a busy trip around Indonesia because we simply loved it.

Great service, Great location - opposite of Grand Indonesia. Rooms are big, high ceiling. They have a proper dining table.
Lost something valuable during the stay, they kept it and returned.

Giving 4stars because Couch and arms chair are dusty, Pillows are not fluffy.

Located in the (culinary) heart of Jakarta. Walking distance to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia, and to the joy of Car Free Day Sunday.
It's quite old but very well-maintained, with spacious unit - specially the bedrooms and living rooms. We had the swimming pool for ourselves even on weekend.
Best of our experience was with the staff/service. We visited with 2 young kids, and everyone from front desk, concierge, janitor, security, etc. was extra helpful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Great location, rooms a bit old but still acceptable. But breakfast is possibly one of the worst I have encountered! Do not pay extra for their breakfast. They need to sort out their 3rd party breakfast provider.

Stayed here for 1 month +. This is the only hotel that makes me feel like im home. One thing they provide that other hotels dont, is water galons. Simple but very convenient so u don't have to keep ordering tons of watter bottles like in other hotels. The price? Excellent. Compared to others its not so expensive. I also like you can just walk from here to Grand Indonesia. Place is very clean and cozy. Keep up the good work Ascott

Nice room.. facilities in abundance such as washer u0026 dryer.. toaster.. kitchen appliances n stuff.. the staffs are friendly and ever willing to assist.. superb place to stay

Family oriented hotel. Great, helpful and accommodative staff. Especially Fajiri in the admin. The hotel is nicely positioned opposite the expensive Grand Indonesian Mall on one side and less expensive Thamrin City Mall on the other. Breakfast was very mediocre.
