We took the West Java Eco-Tourism 3D2N package tour. The tour was mind blowing for urbanites like us. Funniest comment from them "got toilet paper". It's worth the time going for the tour, expect alot of hiking, wear a good pair of shoes and long pants suitable to get wet. Tour wise just go for it!

More importantly is the guide we had, Agus. We are really blessed to have him as our guide when we walked into TIC that day, he was on duty. Agus is a really great guide and goes the extra mile to take care of us, very accommodating, very sincere, does not feel like he is treating us like tourists, more like friends. He's very good at knowing when to give his guests space to relax and enjoy the amazing natural environment, while being able to give us interesing snippets of information long the way.
He's very sporting too! Joined us for water rafting, after a little persuading as it's his first time rafting in his life! We "lost" our mobile phone, he even accompanied us to try to retrieve the phone and send us to a couple of police stations to make a report. Then accompanied us to the train station when we depart from Bogor. All these was after the end of our 3D2N eco trip.
Yus, the driver arranged for us has superb driving skills and really knows his way around practically the whole of West java, avoiding the worst of the traffic jams on our way back to Bogor. One of the rare breed of drivers, very patient with bad traffic, never once cursed, only once laughing it off with Agus when a driver in front of us brake unexpectedly.

Absolutely overpriced tours, even in low season. We've done the same tour they oferred for 200.000 IDR less with another guide, so don't book directly with them.
