Toge goreng is one of Bogor's traditional food. Mung bean sprout sauteed with small amount of water, then add slices of yellow tofu and lontong (rice cake). The sauce made from oncom.
This very friendly old man, Pak Raisan has been selling this food for decades. To make lontong, he used Lipung leaf - now bit difficult to find, while others using banana leaf. He used it also to wrap take away order.
A bit different with Tangerang's toge goreng. The taste is a bit sweeter since they used sweet soya sauce. But, still delicious!!
