The hotel located in the centre of Bogor city, about 2km from Bogor Palace and Botanical Garden. The street is accupied with lots of restaurants and cafes. We stayed in twin bed, quite spacious room. Unfortunately we have a city view not mountain view. A clean hotel, with friendly lobby. Breakfast served with various choice, all good. Staff are very friendly make you feel at home. The one minus is swimming pool, no stairs into the large pool, make it difficult to access in or out of the pool. Maybe that's why not many visitor use it....

When you drove in, the place looks humongous and beautiful. What you expect at 4 stars hotel and more. The facade was clean, and the reception was nice and welcoming. But the pleasantries unfortunately stopped there. I was given a keycard that was quite worn out and card holder that seemed to have been used at least 70 thousand times. The ac in the room was very slow in starting up. The room was very stuffy and it probably took 30-40 mins before they slightly colder. Got into the toilet and found the shower head was moldy. The shower area was moldy on the corners and the lower part of the wall too. I suspect that they havent been scrubbed for a while. The worst of it all is when you get into the bed. I got into a room with 2 single beds. And both beds had dry skins under the blanket. And upon removal of the blanket part of the sheets was yellow stained too. I understand that you may find these kinda issue at 1 or 2 stars hotel, but 4 stars really? I simply ended up sleeping on top of the blanket because God knows what else are there under the sheet. Will not come back.

no room phone line, if you mind to order something you must walk to the officer front desk at first floor or text/call them by WA aps, beside that everything looks good and comfy

One of the greatest hotel I have ever stayed in. We happens to stay in one of their Suite room with a lounge.

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Its also located in a remote and quite area, but very near to crowded area with lots of restaurants.

The pool is quite a reasonable size but needs to be clean more often. Probably because of the rainy season.

The food is very nice as well. Hotel standard menu.

Sprinklers is available on each room and coridors. Hydrant is also available on each floor level.

Payment can be made by cash, debit cards, credit cards and through various application.

Great hotel with spacious room, clean and comfy. Easy access from the main road (10 minutes from "Kebun Raya Bogor" by car) and big parking area. Great entrance and receptionist desk. Helpful crew and staff. Affordable and competitive price compare to the other hotels. I cannot tell the view, since i had the view to other building nearby, instead of mountain view. I was about to give 5 stars, but unfortunately the room has very bad sound insulation, somehow you can hear the sound and noise from outside the room, hallways, or even kids from the other rooms. This is honestly very disturbing especially when you are tired and want to sleep, maybe they can improve the wall insulation somehow to reduce the noise from outside. Its calm down in the evening, and become less quite.

It wasnt a good experience to stay at the sahira hotel bogor. I stayed there with some workmates for just one night. The service was good but i could say the room condition was quite bad. The air conditioner wasnt cold, the water heater didnt really work, there wasnt any liquid soap, there was even blood on the bedsheets :(

I’ve satisfied with the hotel. Room is clean. Hall are big and cozy. Enjoyed while we stay here.
