Setelah hampir setahun gym disini, sy akan kasih review sedikit tentang gym nya.. *sy hanya fitness dan ga ikut kelas
Plus:
1.Tempatnya strategis karena di pusat kota
2. Parkir enak karna parkir moll
3. Jarak dekat rumah
4. Alat masih terbilang baru jadi gak keset dan karatan
5. Treadmill dan bicycle yg mulus, ga pernah rusak
Minus:
1. Loker kecil jadi kadang kalau lagi bawa barang banyak minta 2 loker.
2. Ada fasilitas air panas nya, tapi ini pakai gas jadi kalau gas nya habis ya ga ada air panas, dan seringnya habis, selama setahun cuma beberapa kali aja mandi air panas disini.
3. Air minum kadang habis
4. Kamar mandi kadang jarang di bersihin jadi sering bau pesing orang kencing sembarangan gak disiram.
5. Hampir ga ada alat buat latihan kaki, jadi hampir bisa dipastikan yg gym disini kaki ayam. Kecuali yg aware dan "kreatif" squat pakai smith machine atau flat bench press.
6. Dumbel cuma sampai 14kg dan cuma sepasang2
7. Plat beban sangat terbatas, kalau ada yg deadlift, orang lain ga akan bisa main beban karna semua beban nya kepake
8. Ukuran gym relatif kecil.
9. Untuk peralatan,, gym ini masih jauh dari kata lengkap.
Kesimpulan: gym ini seperti Celfit versi kecil, cocok untuk yang hanya sekedar bakar kalori dan angkat beban seadanya. Tapi untuk yg body building apalagi yang sering main compound exercises, harus lebih kreatif karena keterbatasan alat.
