Surprisingly there’s no fee surcharge (ticket) for this museum. Staff helpfull, the place nice and clean. Had interesting installation to see around the museum. There’s an open space to take a rest too. This is so great

Free entrance just register at the lobby. The guard will guide you. Really resourcefull if you like to learn. They have many soil profiles its advantages and disadvantages, and how to make it productive. The stones collection is quit a lot but not every stone has label and description. The south wings exhibit insects and creatures live in the soil. So many samples but it's pity there is no description about the contribution of each creature to the existence of soil. Don't have time to check agriculture museum. I will return and elaborate more.

It's a nice place to know anything on our land and what's inside. This museum has been started couple years ago but all the things had been provided since The Dutch Era. The Dutch government made qualified soil maps along our nation. Based on that map, The Dutch government occupied our country for centuries. What a great story instead of old museum

Nice museum and free of charge. There are so many rock and soil collection inside. But, all of the information is Indonesian. I hope they provide English version since thereare some foreigners visit this museum. I am disappointed because I entered the museum at 3pm and the security said it has been closed, not same as the information in google maps that written it is closed at 4pm. So, I cannot access the agriculture show room. The security said the museum has to be cleaned so they close earlier than the schedule. But, I think if you want to close the museum at 3pm just give the same information to public.

(Dutch visitor) Free entrance, opened op Saturday. Not much information in English but they've got a leaflet and some signs. Friendly staff that may guide you in English. Free lockers and good AC, would definitely recommend going for a stroll around the museum. It's got three floors, a bit hidden in the right corner of the building. Agricultural museum is another building behind the first. Collaboration with Wageningen UR to make this collection!

This is the best please to learn about many kind of soil in Indonesia. This museum also show us how Indonesian agriculture in past, present, and future.
