Hallo selamat pagi , di sini saya mau menyampaikan tragedi tadi malam di saat saya ke master piece Bogor , saya datang membawa teman2 saya 6orang tetapi saya mendapatkan service yg tidak bagus dan terbilang membeda - beda kn tamu , saya di layani oleh 2 mba mba , awal nya saya tanya ruangan mana yg masih tersedia , dan di sarankan yg rate 700.000++ , dan akan ready lagi sekitar 30mnt , menurut saya its ok , tetapi setelah saya menunggu 20mnt masuk kembali rombongan sekitar 5-6 mereka pun sama memesan di tempat tanpa reservasi terlebih dahulu tetapi mereka tanpa menunggu lama langsung di persilahkan masuk, Okey saya masi sabar di situ , sekitar 30mnt lewat 10 teman saya menanyakan kembali kapan ruangan nya akan ready , tetapi mba tersebut menjawab dengan jutek bahwa ruangan nya sedang di sterilkan, baik kami terima kembali alasan tsb , sesampai nya sudah 1 jam saya pun menanyakan lagi apakah ruangan nya sudah siap , mba nya pun menjawab masih di pel ruangan nya , gimana bisa mensterilkan ruangan lebih dari 30mnt , memang nya ruangan nya sebesar 50hektar ? Atau pekerja yg mensterilkan hanya 1 orang , sementara saya lihat cleaning service mundar mandir 2 orang , sangat Wasting time sekali , dan mba2 itu sangat bad service sekali, di saat menghandle tamu complain tidak hargai , dari ketepatan waktu yg di janjikan saja sudah terlalu lama, jadi tolong hargai tamu yg datang , saya bisa saja ambil ruangan yg paling mahal , bukan berarti yg datang ke tempat itu tidak mampu dan mendapatkan service yg BURUK @masterpiecektv.id
