They have two kind of martabak sweet and savory
They cook it with corcoal so you will got slightly fragrance different from other martabak
It's a little bit pricely than other but it worth

Having eat a lot of martabak in a lot of places, I think and conclude that this martabak is not only the best in Bogor, but the best in Indonesia, it is cooked with charcoal and the texture is so tender, cooking time is longer, but it is worth the waiting, the don't put too much sugar and margarine inside like the other vendors, it is even better when eaten by the next day, highly recommend

Martabak Aphin (288) located on Pajajaran Road, offers sweet martabak and egg (savory) martabak. You can choose the topping of either sweet or savory martabak. All are delicious !
