Actually I was impressed with the design and ambience, but...
- hospitality. at first they (the employees) greet us at the front entrance, but then... the hospitality was not that good. They chit chat at the table and laughed a lot. If you just passing by outside this place, you will never know they were employees. Somehow it was really bothering me. I think I ve never seen anything like that. If you want to joking around, choose a place somewhere else in the kitchen or staff room. I feel like they were there not to serve customer but to having fun between them. Moreover, they left one person, a girl, (i think she was a probation or sth because she was using white n black uniform) was left out at the register all day all night long, while the others just chill at the customer table.
- the menu: it was quite good. The french fries was good. The nasi goreng was standard. And the es kopi kollout, their bestseller items (i found from other reviews) was not that good. It was like any other coffee milk. Nothing special. IMO.
- the atmosphere of this place was like creepy. I dont know why.
If only the hospitality and the services were good, i think it will brighten up this place a little.
