Most of the menus especially for their dimsums was good enough however for xiaolongbao a bit dry.

Too many people want to eat here because in ekalos lacks of good restaurant. Before you can eat here, you must put you name in waiting list book.

Sucks service. Very not recomended most of the dishes sold out but no one give confirmation. Almoust one hour. Imperial kitchen lippo plaza ekalos

I was here bringing my son and my sister to have lunch. It was not crowded and I ordered smoothly. But 30 minutes later no foods were coming to ours. Even my congee which is supposed to be the appetizer is still in the steamer (said the last waitress I asked). Pushing call button to ask for my order status was being ignored. Four times. This was the worst service ever I've experienced. I really love Imperial Kitchen but to my dismay the new branch in Bogor doesn't live up the expectation of the other branches I've visited. If there were problems whatsoever in the kitchen it should be informed to the customer and they have right to know when their food will be ready. Coming here in very hungry state is not recommended. I planned to give one star but out of courtesy from the manager who said sorry I give them 2. I hope they can learn about customer service better and learn from their other branches.

Good place to have dinner with your family, they served good dimsum and various menu of delicious chinese food!

Still the best dim sum place in Bogor. Love their hakau and gao zi
