no towel, soap, toothpaste, or toothbrush. Breakfast is ok, internet is ok, AC is good, Local TV

stayed in the highest rate room. the room is cozy, spacious with king size bed and a 4-chairs dining table. but seriously they need to replace the aircon unit with the new one. and also the bathroom is kind of a let-down. the hot water oftenly running cold or just barely warm. the food is okay but they need to work on the food refill system since during our stay often we found they running out the food while many guests haven't got their breakfast yet.

Big room but old, and they were doing renovation on the upmost floor exactly on year end day, so it was really a disturbance and disappointment. Breakfast is quite good.

The standard room is not good, not clean, and smells ciggarette, but the price is ok with breakfast included.

This is the poorest hotel that I've booked so far. Very bad experience in services; breakfast, ventilation, hospitality, etc. I even didn't stay for sleep at night, whereas I booked it for 3 nights. Poor experience, not recommended at all

Hotel's a bit old, but overall quite comfortable. Go-jek and Grab friendly, pretty close to Bogor station and traditional market.

Nice hotel,nice location,spacious room,spacious bed,nice breakfast,airconditioning in the room need to be service because not cool anymore
