Very friendly and helpful staff. At first we encountered a problem in our room but the staff immediately came up with a solution (new room). Rooms were very clean and authentic and the breakfast was really good and tasteful, there was a wide choice of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stay here for 4 nights and it was amazing!
The service they give are perfect! The workers helping us a lot, I only got one problem as my partner did not speak Indonesia and some of the workers were not vert good at speaking English but they're trying to help him as best as they can. My partner and I will definitely stay here again if we visit Bogor.

I have booked Executive Double for two nights at Amaroossa. The place was very strategic (near the bus station, a mall and Bogor botanical garden, so it is very recommend if you want to go to many place in the center of Bogor. The room is very comfortable and classic style. For the food is average but tasty. But the thing that i’m happy to stay in Amaroossa is the service quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Staffs are nice, very very friendly and even the securities too!!

This hotel is located near Bogor Botanical Gardens, not far from Baranang Siang Bus Terminal. The hotel is located in the center of Bogor city. The building is in the European classic style, very convenient for transit

All the staff is friendly and helpful. Really love your luxury boutique environment! First Class. Also your Fu0026B. Keep up the good hospitality.

Especially thank you to Mr Hermes for the humbled and warm greetings when we stay there. My kids loves your pool and room.

Also thanks to Ms. Fanka, she welcoming us very warm afrer my long trip from the hustle bustle. For sure we will come back again. And we'll spread Royal Amaroossa Bogor to our colleagues and family.

The only good thing about this hotel is the warm hospitality of their staffs. Aside of that, meh... The room where I stayed in only has a window, so the lighting was poor. Personally, the room made me feel gloom. I booked an Executive Double room and I would say it was too spacious. The wallpaper looks old and the furnitures are poorly-maintained ???? They are not classic, but rusty. As a four-stars-hotel, it is so lousy. I can't believe I paid almost 1mio for that kind of room. And about the breakfast, well, it was okay, but you will find more choice of dishes in other hotel with the same price. They do not even provide plastic gloves for the visitors to take the food --it is still pandemic after all! Other thing: on the 6th floor, the lift button to go downstairs is not working :u003c What a disappointment. Sorry for the harsh comment, but I am just speaking the truth. Amaroossa Hotel, as far as I know, is popular for its luxurious-style. If they want to maintain that reputation, the management must fix all those problems.

Room is old and tired, however it does offer great service and location that is very near to the bogor botanical garden.
