Visited Death By Chocolate on dinner time, and i'm very happy to experience their special time, which is their staff dressed as ghost and flaunting around ???? boo! For dishes, I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese (our fresh homemade spaghetti with ground beef u0026 meat balls, poured with our special bolognese sauce), Pancake Laba-Laba and Blue's Skull Deadly Touch. Their Spaghetti Bolognese is pretty basic for the taste, but the presentation though really cute with meatballs eyes and carrots tooth ????????????. For their Pancake Laba-Laba is regular thin pancake garnished with chocolate spider sauce ????. And for beverages, I decided to order one of their cute creepy milkshake, which is Blue's Skull Deadly Touch which is blue milk shake (i'm kinda confused with the taste, basically taste like sweet blue colored milk ????), topped with whipped cream, skull shaped blue jelly, sprinkles, biscuits sticks and crisp waffles. For my experience at Death by Chocolate, i'm gonna rate them 5 out of 5.

If you like chocolate much, you better come to this cafe. Though the place kind of secluded but it is worthy to go here. You can walk from Taman Kencana in Bogor City around 15 minutes away or you can use the public transport called angkot from Taman Kencana. Even it is still in the middle of the city but the place has many trees around, good for your health.

The cafe itself has the Halloween theme, and every Saturday around 6:30 to 7:30 PM the staffs will make a little Halloween party by making the place pitch black only using the candles for light and they will wear the local ghost costume to scare the customer. The cafe is spacious, you can choose the table inside, on the garden terrace in front and side of the cafe, or you can sit on the only cushion table under the tent on the side and back of the cafe.

To the customer who love chocolate you can try the "Death By Chocolate" menu which is consist chocolate brownies-mousse with liquidated chocolate inside. The Crispy Mushroom with the sweet-sour-chilly dip is also a good savory snack to eat too.

Lovely ambience! Very spacious place with lot of air and light coming in. The food was excellent. I tried the ayam taliwang which was great. They have a good selection of fresh juices as well. Will definitely come back for more!

The place has indoor and outdoor setting with tematic design which is haunted house that full of ghosts, mummies, skulls, and others. The place was cozy but it needs more light so we can see clearly amidst the dark design. The taste was so so, but the design was great. For me the ice coffe was not ok and the ice chocolate to sweet. Anyhow, it's a good place tp hang out and take pictures.

Came here because the name made me curious. The place is pretty nice and easy to reach.
Tried spaghetti Bolognese and the signature Death by Chocolate Recipe (a la mode).

The spaghetti is cheesy, just the way I like it. The cake is actually pretty big, and sweet. I'm not really a fan of sweet things, so it's kinda hard for me to finish it, but if you have sweet tooth, you might like it.

Food is ok. Ambience is not bright yes because the concept is ghost. Service is ok. Many mosquitoes at night. Entertaining scary ghost lol.

Unique concept cafe. Very instagramable because the decoration was kinda funny and scary. The building was also built in the era of colonialism I think, you can tell by its structures and model. The menu is all about sweet chocolate, so everything about chocolate here is sweet (probably you could die due to the sweetness. That's why it called DBC) and those who doesn't like sweets, maybe you can order pasta or something else. Overall it's nice place to hangout and release stress.
