I have been in this gym for 1,5 years now, its one of the best gyms i have visit for the past 10 years, they have everything in this place, body- bike, dance, boxing ect..personal training..and the gym is so well equipt whit machines, and this is the cleanest gym i have been in...so much space...i love to go there????

The staff working at the reception needs to be inspected urgently.

RACIST (Because I am a citizen of another country)

Last thing i want to say,

I wanted to renew my membership tonight, they treated me arrogantly and stated that I can get a minimum of 4 months membership and they only accept credit cards.I asked for a membership for less than 4 months, they refused

I REQUEST MANAGERS TO CONSIDER MY ASSESSMENT.

Bad experience with rude staff members who deal with sales and memberships. They'll do whatever they can to squeeze the most money out of you. Very disappointed in the Celebrity Fitness Botani team

Shower is soooo dirty, took the quickest post workout shower ever skipped shampooing all together.
There are a lot of machines but most are not maintained properly.
Please standardize maintenance in all outlets, Level21 Mall Bali is waaayy better it should not matter if this place is older, it should be maintained!

I had signed up for a 7 day free trial. Then I was told that the free trial was only for one day. I had clarified that I was a member two years ago u0026 only joined classes. It has been 2 years u0026 the instructors hv changed so before joining I’d like to try out their classes. They said a flat no and started pushing their packages. What a complete disappointment to such poor marketing strategy and rigid management Sigh!!!

I got annoyed with one of sales/marketing team is called ‘Andre’. He scolded me for canceling an appointment. I already did apologized but he kept blaming me. How come do you become sales but you can not handle a rejection? Disappointed.
