When i arrived, i have a high expectations on this hotel because it looks pretty. But when i entered my room, all my hopes vanish. I even had to update the review because it got worse.

The room looks dirty, the bed looks messy, the floor feel dusty, the TV is not working well, there isn't a towel in my bathroom, the ceiling in my room is dirty, there are mold everywhere, even in front of my room i saw a hole in the ceiling and looks like they ignored it, some of rooms of this hotel look abandoned, many furnitures cannot be used, the wifi signal is weak, the parking lot is very limited, the service wasn't that good, the signal is bad, the air ventilation is very dusty, the bathroom was kinda smelly and dirty, the door is broken, the air conditioner is not cold enough even some of them are broken, the water heater is broken, the bed is not comfortable, the blanket and the pillow is dirty and uncomfortable, there is no mat, also the service is slow.

The only thing is great about this hotel is just the pool, other than that are awful. This is the worst hotel i've ever stayed, they really take this hotel carelessly.

Even with the cheap price, i really don't recommend this place.

This hotel is actually nice and cheap. And good for family holiday. But they need to pay attention more to their cleanliness. They dont change the pillow sheet and blanket after the others check out so the pillow smells bad that i need to cover it with towel. Their electric socket is broken too and need repairment. And their pipe leak so in front of my door always flooded. But
Their breakfast is quite good, they have lontong, porridge and the other thing

The worst hotel i ever stay, dirty rooms, linens and most the wall is tired and bubling every where,musty smelly and the dirtiest bath room, and the TV ist not working at all, tottaly disapoinment..will never come back and highly not rrcomended....

This hotel have major problem on cleanliness, bedsheet are dirty, the aircon broken, molds everywhere, cockroaches in the breakfast table

Very disappointed with my experience here as I had high expectations before coming to this hotel. The room cleanliness is very poor; lots of dirty stains on the bedsheet and blanket, also the room smells musty too that I had to cover my nose with mask on my first hour staying in the room. The top walls on my room are covered with mold, doesn't look pleasing at all. No towel provided (had to ask the receptionist to get one), no phone connection (they provided Wi-fi but the signal is so poor it wouldn't connect). Food is average. I sincerely hope the management would improve the room hygiene quality.

This convention resort is worthy of consideration as a venue for meetings, training, and even wedding receptions. There are several spots that are quite good for selfies or groupies.

The rooms and facilities are standard. Even some customers commented the bedding sheets were not clean, the air conditioner was not cold and the hot water took a long time to come out. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the situation is quiet and the swimming pool is poorly maintained.

Very disappointed.
The bed for the sheet cant change.
Pillow case, smell not good.
I change the room same like that.
Floor dirty, sheet dirty, duvet cover dirty, no take bath equipment.

I thinks this property good of view modern but the service not proffer.
Breakfast same like that, breakfast at 9. O'clock has was empty, no refill, Replenish the noodles left over from yesterday, and cold.

But i have good service only in valet parking.

Maybe the management to saw this.
