The place itself is nice, they have pool with mountain view too. Which is still dirty. Maybe because it's new, and they haven't done with renovation. The water heater didn't work in our room. Maybe will take times for them to make it better. I hope so. Might try to come again somewhere next next year. Maybe they'll be done renovating and the place become better.

Pretty decent place, medium - high food cost. Went here around 2 months ago.
Preferable if you want to have good surrounding view while eat. The food taste was okay; some of them are cold tho.

I went to meet a friend who was attending a wedding. I didn't get to try the restaurant though I've heard the food is good, if a little pricey. This place doesn't seem very organised when it comes to parking. If you're going to advertise your place as a wedding venue, sort out your parking! I'd like to go again to try your coffee and see some views but not when there's a wedding.

I don't think they maintain this business. When we went for lunch, the food is not good. The squid is bad... With a smell of rotten food. Order gurame goreng garing, the serving is different from the picture in book menu with soil taste. Complain to the staff but no positive feedback. At the time we are not the only guest who submit complains. Will never go back to this place ever.

There are two owner of hotel inside : airy and bukit gumati. I happen to visit bukit gumati. I have horrible experience here. The room so dirty : spider web, sink broken, lights some off, swimming pool is dirty with sand and molds. The most horrible is the water heater is not working. And it's cost me around 30$ per room. I directly ask refund, and move to other hotel.

Went there for dinner. The food took a long time to arrive and when they arrived, they were cold. The utensils was last to be brought to the table so we have to wait while our food were getting colder. We went off with a cold thank you from the waitress. Not coming back.

I like the view! Worth to visit. Food was decent. Nice ambience was the best thing I got.
