Room i had was fantastic for the price and breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep it up! I’ll definitely come back to stay next time im in Bogor.

Love staying here, especially for business trips. Room is nothing special, but it's always clean. Wifi is fast, water pressure is strong, bed and pillow are comfy, aircon is cold, you have amazing breakfast buffet with all the local delicacies, and in general, Amaris' locations in different cities are always super central. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Stayed this week with my husband and he really liked the bubur sumsum served during breakfast one day. For the next two days, they changed and alternate the buffet menu and my husband was so sad that there were no bubur sumsum served. When we jokingly mentioned this, the staff, Mas Teguh, went all the way to make one portion of bubur sumsum for my husband!!! That is an amazing level of service!

Didnt have much to show. Our "clean" room was infact dirty and needed a second housekeeping treatment before being "liveable".

I forgot to mention to the front desk not to be put on the same floor as families with kids because there were a few chasing each other until late at night.

Breakfast was meh. Considering the price we got them, it was acceptable.

Will we go back? No.

Spent 2 nights here. Staffs were marvelous. Great location. At night time, street foods were all around. Hot/cold water drink well provided, but no coffe or tea in room.
Afterall, well done thank you.

Could be better. Should have provide kettle in the room. Bed is nice. But a bit hard. A small swimming pool would have been a nice add ons. Haven't tried breakfast though. Hope tastes good.

Front office nice. Room is good. Bathroom good. Wifi not so good.

the staff not really friendly especially the boys.. I dont feel they welcome me warmly, when I checked in the reception guy not even smile or greet like selamat siang ibu or something.. but at least when I asked to give me smoking room, he can afford it even the first time he said none smoking room was ready and maybe will be ready at noon..
the food totally teribble, they let us waited in long queue in the breakfast time, they fill the buffet very very slow. food not really fresh.
Also the AC remote in the room not working???? the jet shower for closet lil a bit leaking so bathroom floor sliperry. Also the most important is the wifi very slow. But the cleanliness of the room i can say clean enough. I know this is cheap hotel but i ever stayed at cheaper hotel but better.
So I hope the manajemen can find out about those issue especially unfriendly staff. Teach them how to serve the guest even tho you guys just hotel budget and national chain brand only.
