The best 3 star hotel in town, cleanliness and service from the staff of the hotel is very good. And also the hotel has a very strategic location because it is in the city center.

Quite new hotel, just like a ruko from outside, not seems like a hotel to me. Clean and minimalistic room, just like any other modern hotels today you can find anywhere in Indonesia. The front office is good, but very slow to handle each customer. The breakfast is so-so, as three star hotels do. Location point of view, it has a lot of restaurant choice within walking distance.

Nice room, quite large (I take the deluxe room) the breakfast is good but at my four night stay the menu is so monoton, need some improvement here, the hospitality is quite good, the receptionist is helpfull, the secondary parking is so far, I run out of breath walking from the parking to my room.

Overall good experience, I recommend using traveling apps to book in this hotel to get the best price.

It is such a affordable hotel in Bengkulu. A compact hotel with sufficient facilities. You can enjoy cup of traditional coffee in the evening.

Reccomended hotel when you in Bengkulu for staying. Friendly receptionist and good service. Breakfast menu its okay and nice.

Check in took long time, waited for more than 1 hour. They said that room is not ready yet, despite having book the day before. I even left the hotel for lunch and when back to the hotel room still not ready!
