Was surprised to find the nice of a hotel in rather quiet town. I mean, i am familiar with Mercure hotel chain. But this particular one was nice. We were travelling with groups. 2 of my associates was complaining about their rooms. One was hot air conditioner and the other one heard loud noises on midnight. I had none of that. I do think the breakfast could be a little bit better. With more variety and better taste. And perhaps the waitress could be a little more active to offers either hot tea or hot coffee as courtesy. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to this city. Cheers

My 3 weeks of stay at Mercure Bengkulu seems too short. Great location, comfy pillows and bed, great amenities, fast Wi-Fi, and easy access to everything around. The staffs were nice and very helpful.
My favorite part of stay was the restaurant, great ambiance to eat or simply just having afternoon coffees and snacks with friends. Very clean, very organized and well managed. Great varieties delicious food at the breakfast, enough to accommodate everyone’s taste. I appreciate the great hospitality from the restaurant staffs and Mr. Rizky for making my morning time always pleasant before the day starts.
I’d come and stay again no doubt! Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel during my business trip. Mercure put their standard in a certain way. Yes, the food and the parking lot need to improve. However, in Bengkulu, this is the most recommended hotel to stay.

Only 3-4 years old (2019). Quite close to the airport and many restaurants surroundings the hotel. The ballroom is very neat and clean. The staffs are so helpful and welcome.

The room, TV channel, and wifi is ok. BUT there's a policy when I checked in that you can't borrow utensils not even one, before you buy one of their food in the menu which is little bit unusual for full service hotel in Indonesia and as long as I know this is not budget hotel. What if the food I brought make spilled and you have to clean up due to there's no bowl for the food? Oh wait maybe that's why in front of my room there's a dirty mark on the carpet when I first opened the room..

Mercure never dissapoint me. Staffs are very friendly and always give their best to every guests. The lobby and restaurant are very nice. The sea view is magnificent. Pleasant stay!
