With its strategic location near the Pantai Panjang, not far from the city center of Bengkulu and near a number of hotels and restaurants, this largest and most comprehensive shopping center in Bengkulu is quite crowded with people, even during the current COVID-19 pandemic. This mall is not just popular among local residents, but also tourists visiting Bengkulu. Its anchor tenants, such as Matahari, Hypermart, Ace Hardware and Informa, are still open.

The parking area for 2 and 4 wheeled vehicles is very wide. Unfortunately some facilities, such as toilets, escalators, etc. are not well maintained and kept clean.

Bencoolen Mall is located right across Pantai Panjang. It's the biggest one stop shopping mall in town. There are some restaurants like Dine n Chat, Solaria, KFC, CFC, a steak and shake cafe, etc. Also some other stores like clothing stores, a grocery store, cellular phone stores, shoe store, salon, massage parlor, food court and many more. But the lay out of the stores is not really convenient. There are many small stalls in the hall way and middle part of the mall that sometimes too packed.

ATM from some national banks are available. The parking lot is spacious.
The movie theater is nice.

shopping mall with various stores, gadget stores, and kids playground. ATM centre from various bank available here. Parking lot very huge and so closed with beach.. nice place

Pretty good, not fond of the crowd tho. Seems everyone there thought they are immune to covid19.
