UNGU VIVO Hotel Bekasi

I tried this hotel one via @reddoorz and this hotel categorized as "Reddoorz Plus" so we have high expectations of the hotel.

After a long trip to come to bekasi, we finally arrived.
So what we got is the room is smelly, there is an used soap bottle in the bathroom. The bedcover have a little wet. I do not know what happen.
So this is the bad experience that i got this month.

This is maybe my unlucky, but i hope hotel owner and reddoorz can give good maintenance and services to the product that they sold to us.
Happy fixing and already complain to front office when checkout.

Standarts hotel sop must be applied.

Wow since I booked via Reddoorz I expect decent room but got the worst stay instead. Room is dirty, the bathroom is not cleaned after prev guest I mean the toilet seat just yikes! The linen is dirty with white stains (another yikes), tv station locals only, worst of all shower doesnt work. Yes theres water but more like leaks not shower. Just look somewhere else.

My boyfriend stayed there for 1 week. The hotel promo is written "free Wi-Fi" but the reality is.. There is no Wi-Fi, even he complained the staff always said "Yes, the Wi-Fi is still broken" no effort to fix it. The linen never changed and he scratched his skin a lot! The bathroom is awful. Not recommended.
