Went here during the pandemic season, most of the menus are labelled SOLD OUT, including the signature Peking Duck. That's actually not the main reason I rated this one star.

I went there at 8PM, one hour before closing time. I ordered 7 menus + 6 rices. The waiters were not professionals, they were focused on the fact that they were going to close the resto at 9PM. The foods were BAD, they gave us COLD FOODS which were NOT DELICIOUS AT ALL, considering that we are paying $$$ (expensive) price of foods, the return I got was AWFUL.

In my opinion, when we go to Duck King, we expect an excellent service with the best quality of food. But I did not get ANY of them during my visit last time.

So, ONE STAR, and will never go there (Duck King Summarecon Bekasi) again.

If you want to go there during the pandemic season, be careful and just reconsider ????

Consistent food taste. Roast duck a winner. It's tender, succulent, not so oily and right amount of spice. Prawn with cereal also quite nice. Staffs need better training though to standby and ready to attend customers.

Every celebrations that we had, we almost ate in this place. Because this place is good for family lunch/dinner. But I'm little bit disappointed with their service during Ramadan while break fasting. The stuff is not friendly and let us waiting so long

Food serve in cold condition. Staffs are so slow and not nice. Many menus are sold out. Then why don’t you just closed???

Great for groups or family dinner. One of the best duck restaurant in town. Lots of food selection to choose from. Overall I really like almost all the food that can be served at this place. However, it can be fairly expensive.
