Excellent services and procedures.
Unfortunately it took a very long time to get the prescribed medicine due to long queue.

Waiting a doctor to come to the hospital for more than 1.5 hour from schedule. Belum lagi mesti antri pasien, daftar no. 1, no. Antri dokter ke 6.. Very bad experience..

Pro:
-management is responsive to complaint and feedback
-strict health protocol against Covid19

What can be improved:
-constant maintenance of the inpatient rooms
-prior information for the patients that the hospital do not provide inpatient attire so they can prepared beforehand especially for the new patients
