Not the worst, but the service of this hospital is not the best either. One of the securities gave wrong information about BPJS. The surgeon didn't come on time but he did a good job with the surgery anyway. But after the surgery, we could hear the surgeon joking around with some nurses loudly while all we needed to be able to rest
in the recovery room is quietness. Some of the nurses are friendly, but some are not really. They also didn't change the inpatient's clothes and bedsheets (it's was for 2 days). This could've been a good hospital, but definitely still needs a lot of improvements.

Tried to called through provided number in their website, none get through. One of the extension clearly pick up the phone and shut it right away, how do i know this? because one of the extension told me through their automatic answering system that they'll put us on hold and blep, while this one particular extension no automatic answering system then a sound of phone got picked up, a little background noise then cklek. I know it's Christmas, but, do hospital get day off? If they do, boy, i feel sorry to whoever in emergency and lived in 2km radius.

Some doctors don't come on time. And I had bad memory of my late nephew who passed away in this hospital in its early years. But now the services is getting better and better.
