Hanya sekadar masukan, kalau ada pasien lansia terutama yang rujukan BPJS, sebaiknya dilayani dengan baik dan ramah. Sebagai petugas kesehatan, attitude sama adab jangan dikesampingkan, apa lagi ke orangtua.

Untuk hari ini, saya datang jam 07.10 untuk bikin surat keterangan sehat. Gak berapa lama dipanggil oleh petugas di loket pendaftaran. Terus disuruh menunggu lagi. Jam 07.48, saya lihat dokter dari ruang pemeriksaan umum, datang sambil bawa sepiring bubur ayam?! Ini Puskesmas kan buka jam 07.00 ya? Yaudah sih harusnya dia ngerti, sarapan dulu sebelum jam 07.00.
