⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for health service from primaya hospital bekasi timur, the doctor team and all nurses (especially in tulip) are good, competent and kind. food services from nutritionist was so delicious. room are clean and safe. thanks for best services primaya ❤️

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate cashier on 5th floor for taking time to go over the billing clearly and treatment options. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. Overall experience, Highly recommend????

All of the Doctors, nurses, housekeeping even security and catering were very helpful, friendly and professional. The service were also quite fast and responsive

So far having quite positive experience with this hospital ???? Doctors here completely understand my disease and giving me the best treatment. The ambience... love it there! Recommended for people who wants to get fast recovery ????????

Overall experience was totally bad. I accompanied my Mom to check her shoulder. I registered for general clinic and waited for an hour just to get transferred to an orthopedic that would not be available until two hours. I came back half an hour early, hoping the doctor will be there on-time, but instead the nurse told me that I had to wait another 30mins because the doctor is still in his way. Done a scan with a nurse that’s not welcomed at all. The medicine they gave might work but the service was literal suck.
