Wonderful experience with MIKA Bekasi Barat. Dr. Lina was a wonderful obgyn, and the staff of Ruang Bersalin (delivery room) and Kamar Rawat Inap was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth of normal delivery, and follow-up. It’s rare to find a doctor and staffs that combine such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I am so glad I chose MIKA Bekasi Barat. Highly recommended.

I Have received an excellent service at this facility after admitting my niece, Kiera Princessa to this hospital.
Emergency ward (UGD) today was attended by dr. Adriani and nurse Lilis. They showed a high quality and professional care to the patient.

The West Bekasi Mitra Keluarga hospital is very good in service, especially the Nusa Indah Super VIP and VIP rooms are very spacious, the nurses are responsive, the explanations are good, after coming home they call asking for news and reminding the control, and very friendly, the doctor is also good, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean. Thank you Nusa Indah team and West Bekasi Mitra Keluarga.

Recommended hospital if you search hospital in Bekasi. Good for nice staff, clean and tidy wairing room but bad for limited parking space and also long running queue. I'm start registration at 1.30PM finish at 6PM, really tired for waiting.
