Well service and location.
Please do more QC for everything, especially your bed set. We know that we're not allowed to left any scratch after the stay, or there will be an extra charge.
Unfortantely on my last stay (and another one stay before that), i've found spilled ink right under your top sheet. One time it's not annoy me.. but on the last stay, when I accidently spoiled some drop of my water (mineral water) the top sheet becomes blue (an aftermath from spilled ink under the sheet).

Receptions good when handle check in by Fiqih ( FO ) on sept 09, 2022.. Room clean and good decoration F u0026 B staff excellent service food is Top knot with show kitchen staff are helpful.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, however, there is always room for improvement. The staff are not as friendly as other Ibis Styles I stayed before. They seem rather confused and not knowing their hotel/building/facilities well. The breakfast tastes awesome, but again, the service could be upgraded. There are no sign or info that the food would be serviced by the staff, only queue pole, and the staff wasn't stand-by at the food counter. Again, the staff seem rather confused when being asked about food availability. I am an Accor fans, and it's so pity that this one is not up to the standard I know Accor is famous for.
