Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi

i stayed here with my wife and baby... the room is comfy as it should... the staff were all kind, welcoming, and helpful... however, there are several things from this hotel needs improvement:

1. the fragile towel rack in the bathroom;
2. elevator occupancy and management;
3. broken safe box in the room;
4. noise from the restaurant on the night.

I've stayed with this hotel 3 times previously and I enjoyed it but after coming back after 3 years I was not impressed with the room. It smelt in the bathroom, lots of mildew and it seems the bathrooms have not been maintained properly.
I have had great food in the past but our lunch wasn't as good as I had with my past experience with this hotel chain.

The location is integrated with Giant Mega Bekasi Hypermall, the hotel is on the top floor (5th floor). You can also use the mall parking lot. Very easy access from Bekasi Barat Highway exit.

It's only take 5 - 10 minutes if you want to visit other mall : metropolitan mall and grand metropolitan mall. 15 minutes to summarecon mall.

Easy to reach, due to just 100m from bekasi barat tolls. But for parking, limited..eventhough we can use another floor.

The service staff were really polite, but the building itself is in a run down and needed a renovation quite badly

Its an old building so the cleanliness are questionable tbh.

Access is quite uncomfortable, foods need improvement, location at the top of mall close to a cinema XXI disturbing noise when the movie played

Hotel Santika always good hospitality where ever we travelling, most of city in Indonesia we will see there...
All the staff so friendly and helpfull, the room was clean also bathroom, and i love the food..breakfast at Santika Hotel was excited me because so many things meals ..and taste? Very delicious..thats why i always enjoyed stay there..
